Waitlist Terms

Last updated: 11 April 2026

Thanks for your interest in Tickety. These are short, plain-English terms that cover joining our pre-launch waitlist. They are not a full Terms of Service — we do not have a live service yet, so there is no service to agree terms for. A separate Terms of Service will be published and agreed to before you become a paying customer.

1. What the waitlist is

The Tickety waitlist is simply a list of people who have told us they are interested in the service we are building. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract between us to provide bookkeeping, tax filing or any other service.

2. No service is being provided yet

By joining the waitlist, you are not entering into any agreement for Tickety or SORTED BOOKKEEPING LIMITED to perform bookkeeping, Self Assessment preparation, Making Tax Digital filings, accountancy or any other professional service. Nothing on our landing page is financial, tax or legal advice.

3. No payment

There is no charge for joining the waitlist. We do not collect credit or debit card details at signup and we do not take payments on the website. If and when we launch a paid service, it will be behind a clear, separate signup with its own terms.

4. Prices shown on the site are indicative

Any prices, plan names or features shown on tickety.tax reflect our current thinking about what we want to offer at launch. They are indicative only. Final pricing, plans and features will be confirmed when the service actually launches, and will be shown to you before you are asked to pay.

5. No guarantee of service availability

We are not yet trading. We are still building. We cannot promise that we will launch on any particular date, that the final product will match what is described on the landing page, or that we will launch at all. We can change the product, delay it, or stop the project. Please do not make business decisions based on the assumption that Tickety will be available.

6. Removing yourself from the waitlist

You can leave the waitlist at any time. Email us at hello@tickety.tax and we will delete your details. Once we start sending emails, every email will also include an unsubscribe link you can use instead.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss (including lost profits, lost savings, wasted expenditure or business interruption) arising from your reliance on information shown on this pre-launch website or on any communications we send you about the waitlist.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Our legal entity

Tickety is operated by SORTED BOOKKEEPING LIMITED, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17152012. Our registered office is [Registered office address — to be added].

9. Governing law

These waitlist terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

10. Changes to these terms

We can update these waitlist terms as the project develops. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. If you continue to use the site or stay on the waitlist after a change, we will take that as acceptance of the updated terms.
